The Euro-Mediterranean Risk Society
Despite its obvious diversity, the Euro-Mediterranean area and its populations have always been linked by a shared fate defined by the Mediterranean, though it sometimes appeared as a barrier that could divide people, it remains overall a bond as well as a locality with a shared heritage for the Mediterranean populations. For these reasons a cooperative effort to face the risks of all kinds that may occur in the area should be considered as a moral and a politic necessity for the survival and prosperity of all.With those needs in mind for the Euro-Mediterranean area, the trainings agents and experts on the subject of risk have an essential contribution to extend. Because of the global, massive and plural natures of risks, it is appropriate to engage in coordinated efforts combining research and trainings that encompass an array of skills and subject matters.
Such is the role of the Euro-Mediterranean Risk Training Society :
The Euro-Mediterranean Risk Training Association: a supportive asset to organize and introduce new, innovative actions with the purpose of uniting the training services and the scientific research in the field of risk and encouraging the teamwork among the two. Partnered with major institutions and carrying this strong ambition in the Euro-Mediterranean area, by the way of associating the experts to the trainings related to risk, the association aims to gather and to stimulate the activity to improve risk management and prevention.
