In this context, the forces that represent the risk managing executors have to be reinforced and mobilized, but first and foremost, among them the strengths that represent the trainings and the deliberating side of risk management have to be assembled and united.

To rally the driving strengths of the risk and crises management, such is the ambition of the « Euro-Mediterranean Risk Society », association gathering the trainings on risk management in the Euro-Mediterranean area. To do so means to rally the driving strengths of the risk and crises management, by the way of an assembly formed by the Risk Society with the purpose of conceiving :

• A Risk Management Training Charter, a label committing the trainings to a few great principles, rights, duties and necessary manners towards the trainees and indirectly towards the populations threatened by risks. Its conception will follow the principles of the Great Charter on Risk Management being developed by the European Union.
  
• Great projects with a popular aim, built with the goal of reinforcing the risk trainings unity on the European scale and of rallying the teachers and experts in a dedicated location of professional and academic training. These trainings will assemble a variety of levels of education, of training units, and will provide a selection of valuable certifications to be obtained. Within the Union for the Mediterranean and the European Union, these projects will aim to unite the professional establishments involved in risk prevention, population protection and crisis and risk management. The association will have to bring together the experts and professionals of financial and economic risks, major natural risks, health risks, public safety risks and homeland security risks. These projects will be a way to develop a link between their actions and scientific research.
  
• A supporting tool, organising and/or initiating these projects, the Euro-Mediterranean Risk Training Association, backed up by major institutions, the association carries these goals into the Euro-Mediterranean area, combining risk experts and trainings, it aims to rally and stimulate efforts made in the region.
