

After the successful 1st Edition of the Risk Training Days organised by the « Homeland Risk Management » Master’s Degree of the E.I.S.T.I. on the 19th of May 2008 at the UNESCO site, the Risk Trainings of the Euro-Mediterranean area have gathered as an association, the Euro-Mediterranean Risk Society.
The association is preparing for the 2nd Edition of the Euro-Mediterranean Risk Training Days, on the 9th and 10th of November 2009, during which:
- A Risk Training Charter will be agreed upon, as a part of a larger Risk Management and Prevention Charter.
- Training requirements in the various fields of risk will be overviewed and discussed, and these needs will be answered by pedagogic course outlines in a plurality of domains in risk science.
- The Portal for Risk Training and the video clip contest illustrating risk and crisis management and prevention will be introduced.
Open to the public, the event will allow for the opportunity to p
repare the subject matter of a collective project to the Euro-Mediterranean Risk Trainings and to
bring together the students and the professionals of risk and crisis management.

They will provide insight on the specific requirements in terms of trainings, a necessary foundation needed to develop our mutual pedagogic project.
